EMMANUEL CHOIR
Directed by Janet McIntosh. Learn more about Janet HERE.
The choirs at Emmanuel Lutheran Church meet regularly from September through May. The adult choir meets on Thursdays at 5:30pm – 6: 30pm. The choir will typically sing twice a month, with added services during the Lent and Advent seasons, including Christmas Eve and Easter. We sing a wide variety of anthems including classical, contemporary, gospel and jazz. It is a small choir and we welcome anyone that wants to sing even if you don’t read music!
Rehearsals: Thursdays 5:30pm-6:30pm

EMMANUEL BELLS
Directed by Ben Kirchmeier.
What is a bell choir? A bell choir performs music on a set of handheld bells tuned to the chromatic scale. An entire handbell choir is itself a single instrument, with each musician responsible for only one or a very few select notes that, when played together with other musicians, become rich melodies and harmonies. A basic understanding of music (rhythms and notes) is helpful but can be taught! So, come on out and give it a try!
Rehearsals: Thursdays 6:30pm-7:30pm
